Caesar Salad

If you're looking for a light side dish to compliment that soup or sandwich, this is just the thing.

Romaine lettuce, fresh croutons (made in-house), shredded parmesan cheese, lemon wedges and creamy Caesar dressing make up this simple, yet familiar dish.

Overnight Oats

Sweet, satisfying, and filling. Combing yogurt, maple syrup, fruit, chia seeds, nuts, and old fashioned oats, makes this an excellent breakfast option.

Forego your usual pastry, muffin, or bagel one day a week and give this healthy alternative a test-drive. To keep things interesting, TLBC will alternate flavor options between Apple Pie, Classic Brown Sugar, Strawberry Shortcake, Berry Bliss, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Raspberry Banana, and Honey Pecan cups.

Recommended dietary standards of fiber for adults is 150 grams per week (roughly 25-30 grams daily). Our overnight oats contain roughly 10 grams of fiber...just sayin'.

Vegan Wrap

Looking for a light lunch option? Give the vegan wrap a try.

Cucumber, sweet onion, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts, and roasted red pepper hummus, wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Damn, that's a splendid combo. Served cold with a side of fresh salsa, the veggie wrap is the perfect choice, not only for vegans, but for all who dare to devour magnificent flavor!

Protein Bowl

Carnivores UNITE! Your meal train has arrived!

The protein bowl will alter different meat options for those of you who dietarily ravage the meats. Of course, the seasoning will be on point, but the sauces, and extra flair, kept at bay. Alternating options of Pulled pork, grilled chicken (dark and white meat), roast beef, and steak will be offered for your carnivorous pleasure.

The protein bowl isn't just for the carni's, add it to your salad, sandwich, or as a side to your meal. Protein is important, but consuming enough protein daily is importanter.

Yogurt Pie

A dessert above all desserts, yogurt pie will earn a prominent place on your list of cheat day favorites.

Made fresh in the TLBC kitchen by the talented hands of our beloved Xaivi, Yogurt pie is a light dessert that will melt in your mouth and keep you coming back for more. Key lime, s'mores, cotton candy, strawberry, and banana cream are just a few of the flavor options.

Not all flavors will be offered consistently, so check into the market regularly for your faves.

Cabbage Patch Soup

This hearty soup is one of our favorite family recipes! A cross between minestrone and chili, each spoonful hits more like a stew than a soup. Loaded with lean ground beef, fresh cabbage, kidney beans and root veggies, this soup is the perfect meal for calorie conscious individuals looking for a satisfying comfort meal.

Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes

Few meals are more familiar than meatloaf and mashed potatoes. This meatloaf isn't the groaner entree of your childhood.

We combine ground beef and ground turkey, sweet onions, carrots, celery, and an egg and oatmeal binder, with plenty of seasoning to our loaf. Baked under a blanket of fresh tomato sauce, we aim to have all your senses celebrating! Of course, meatloaf without a side of fluffy, whipped taters just wouldn't be right, so we paired them together. Cooked to perfection, just heat and eat, and enjoy!

Cruciferous Cheese Bake

Hey there keto and low-carb friends! We didn't forget about you!

This casserole is an all-star cast combination of cruciferous favorites; broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and cabbage. Of course we add onions, and plenty of seasoning. The veggies are tossed in a creamy blend, then topped with a layer of cheese and sprinkled with bacon crumbles.

If you're a broccoli w/ cheese lover, this dish is right up your alley!

Porcupines

No need to call the game warden, we don't use actual porcupine meat!

Another family recipe that graduated from our house to TLBC kitchen, porcupines have been part of our family dinners longer than grandma has.

Seasoned beef, rice, and onion packed meatballs, grilled then simmered in tomato soup with russet potatoes, is the magic behind the curtain of this dish. Simple, yet amazing, that is the way of the porcupine.

Tuscany Soup

Behold, perfection in a bowl! This is one of our most requested soups. After first tasting Tuscany Soup at an Italian restaurant, we made it our mission to recreate this dish, but with a little less "ohhhh" and a little more "ahhhh."

With plenty of potatoes, carrots, onions, bacon, and TLBC's in-house recipe turkey sausage, this creamy soup is a favorite among all who partake!

Sweet Potato Bars

Keep it real, Autumn is the best season! Traditional Fall foods always score top three in the "what's your favorite food" list (yeah, we see you, pumpkin spicer's).

Sweet potato bars are a soft, cakelike dessert, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and  garnished with a cream cheese lattice topping. Settle down with a couple bars and cup of coffee or spiced cider; usher in the coziness of Autumn like a boss!  .

Chocolate Chip Cookies

You gotta love the classics! In this case, we're bringing a classic with a twist. TLBC's guilt-free chocolate chip cookies are just what your diet needs. Made with only 1/16th  teaspoon of sugar each, there's no reason to abstain. Our cookies are made without gluten or wheat; but they do contain almond flour, so a word of caution to folks with nut allergies.

Try before you knock 'em, you'll be amazed at the smooth, dark chocolate, and buttery goodness packed in these babies!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Looking for a lil something to satisfy that sweet-tooth? Grab a bag of TLBC's homemade oatmeal cookies. Not only are they low sugar, but they're also gluten-free!

Yeah, yeah, we know, "gluten-free equals taste-free," but we beg to differ; all healthy cookies aren't created equal. Allow these tasty morsels to change your mind and show you that eating healthier can be flavorful with the right recipe.

Zucchini Brownies

Yup! You read that right... ZUCCHINI BROWNIES! Easy there, nose-curler; dial it down and let's talk about this like civilized people. Everyone knows that Brownies are one of the best desserts around. What you may not know is the magical power of squash. Zucchini is a prominent member of the squash family. The one gift that zucchini brings to all recipes when added is moisture.

Made with oat flour & minimal sugar, zucchini brownies are sweet and moist. As if that wasn't enough, we melt a layer of dark Ghirardelli chocolate shavings to create a thin, crispy, top layer. Seriously, dessert doesn't get much sexier than THIS!
